Agree Zone AI is a tool for ChatGPT and other MCP hosts. Given a listing price and an optional buyer offer, it returns a deal-probability score, a one-line read of that score, the property tier, and a link to view and save your full report at agreezone.ai. The score is a general estimate based on the gap between list price and offer price. It is not financial, legal, tax, or brokerage advice.
The full report — the complete written analysis, the PDF, and email delivery — is a separate, paid digital product delivered on agreezone.ai, not inside the chat. Opening the report link, payment, delivery, refunds, and retention of the full report are governed by the agreezone.ai Terms of Service. Nothing in the chat tool obligates you to open the link.
Scores are based on general market patterns, not MLS data, comparable sales, or a valuation of any specific property. The tool does not know the parties, the property condition, or local conditions beyond what you type. Always verify with a licensed real estate professional before acting.
To protect service quality and prevent abuse, automated scraping, or commercial resale of the analyzer, Agree Zone reserves the right to limit, throttle, suspend, or refuse requests from any IP address, account, or user at its sole discretion, with or without notice. Specific rate limits and daily request caps are not published and may change at any time. Conduct that may result in immediate limitation includes, without limitation: automated or scripted requests, requests inconsistent with normal interactive use, attempts to bypass rate limits, attempts to extract or replicate the underlying scoring methodology, forging or tampering with report links, or any use that interferes with operation of the service. Limitation or refusal of the chat tool does not entitle any user to a refund, credit, or other remedy. No service-level agreement, uptime guarantee, or guaranteed access is offered with the chat tool.
Payment for the full report is processed by Stripe on agreezone.ai. Report delivery email is sent by Resend. Their handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
