Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Agree Zone AI receives when you use our tools through ChatGPT, Claude, or any other Model Context Protocol (MCP) host, and how we handle that information.

1. Information We Receive

a. Negotiation Analyzer (free tool)

When you use the negotiation analyzer, we receive the inputs you provide to the tool — listing price, optional buyer offer price, optional property type, and optional free-text market context. These inputs are used to compute a probability score and are not personally identifying on their own.

b. Brokerage Onboarding & Lead Capture (planned tools)

If you use any of our lead-capture tools (for example, requesting team or enterprise access, or requesting information about our Certified Negotiator continuing-education course), you may voluntarily provide personally identifiable information including: firm or brokerage name, agent count, U.S. state of practice, and email address. This information is collected only when you explicitly choose to submit it through one of those tools.

c. Technical Information (all requests)

For every request to our MCP endpoint we automatically log: the IP address making the request, the user-agent string of the client, a timestamp, the name of the tool invoked, and the field names (not values) supplied. We use this to operate the service, prevent abuse, and identify suspicious activity.

2. How We Use Information

• To generate negotiation analysis and return it to you through your chosen MCP host.
• To pre-fill our Deal Room intake on agreezone.ai when you click a deal-context link returned by the tool.
• To send internal email notifications to our team about new users, suspicious input, or abuse patterns.
• To follow up with you about brokerage, enterprise, or certification inquiries you have submitted.
• To improve the accuracy and reliability of our scoring and detection logic.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share inputs or contact information with third-party advertisers or data brokers. We use the following sub-processors strictly to operate the service:

• Resend — to deliver internal email notifications and any confirmation emails you have requested.
• Replit — to host the MCP server and store operational logs.

If law-enforcement or court order legally compels disclosure, we will comply only to the extent required.

4. Data Retention

Operational logs (IP, user-agent, tool name, timestamp) are retained for up to 30 days for abuse prevention, then deleted or aggregated. Brokerage and certification leads you submit are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and operate any account or course enrollment that results.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personally identifiable information you have submitted by emailing ray@agreezone.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Children

Agree Zone AI is intended for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We will update the "Last updated" date above whenever this policy changes. Material changes will also be reflected in any tool that collects new categories of information.
