This policy explains what information Agree Zone AI receives when you use our tool through ChatGPT or any other Model Context Protocol (MCP) host, and how we handle that information.
The short version. The Agree Zone AI tool inside ChatGPT does not store your deal inputs. Nothing from your conversation is saved by us unless you open the report link on agreezone.ai. The full report is a paid product delivered on agreezone.ai, not inside the chat.
When you use the analyzer, the tool receives the inputs you provide — listing price, optional buyer offer price, optional property type, optional report tier, and optional free-text deal context. These inputs are used in memory to compute a deal-probability score and to build a signed report link. They are not written to any database, session store, or file on the MCP server. The MCP server keeps no record of your inputs once the response is returned.
The tool's response includes a link to agreezone.ai. That link carries your inputs, the report tier, and a timestamp, cryptographically signed so they cannot be altered. The link expires 30 minutes after it is issued. If you never open the link, agreezone.ai never receives your inputs. If you do open it, agreezone.ai receives the inputs in the link and handles them under the agreezone.ai Privacy Policy, which covers the paid report, payment, delivery, and retention.
For every request to our MCP endpoint we log: the IP address making the request, the user-agent string of the client, a timestamp, the name of the tool invoked, and the field names (not the free-text context) supplied. We use this to operate the service, enforce fair-use limits, and detect abuse. These logs are operational only and are not linked to any report you later view on agreezone.ai.
We do not sell your data. We do not share inputs with advertisers or data brokers. We use the following processors strictly to operate the service:
If a court order or law-enforcement request legally compels disclosure, we will comply only to the extent required.
Operational logs (IP, user-agent, tool name, timestamp, field names) are retained for up to 30 days for abuse prevention, then deleted or aggregated. Deal inputs are never retained by the MCP server. Retention of paid reports on agreezone.ai is described in the agreezone.ai Privacy Policy.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold by emailing ray@agreezone.ai. We will respond within 30 days. Because the MCP server stores no deal inputs, deletion requests for reports should be directed to agreezone.ai.
Agree Zone AI is intended for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We will update the "Last updated" date above whenever this policy changes. Material changes will also be reflected in any tool that collects new categories of information.
